For the purpose of this Refund Policy, “Transaction Date” means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed. “Live” means that a website has been made available to the public through either the base domain name (for instance “domain.com”) or through the www sub domain (for instance “www.domain.com”).
Domain Name Registration and Renewal is not refundable. Domain registration and renewals are third-party purchases we make on behalf of our customers. Once a domain has been registered or renewed, it cannot be returned and so is non-refundable.
SSL Certificates are not refundable. SSL Certificates are third-party purchases we make on behalf of our customers. Once an SSL Certificates has been purchased or renewed, it cannot be returned and so is non-refundable.
Annual Web Hosting Plans are refundable within 30 days of the transaction date.
Six Month and Quarterly Hosting Plans are refundable within 5 days of the transaction date.
Website Design and Development, if cancelled during development, is subject to a fee equal to 30% of the development price at the time of cancellation. If cancelled after the site has been delivered for final review, Web Design and Development is subject to a fee equal to 60% of the development price at the time of cancellation. If a site is cancelled after it has been made live but before the development invoice has been paid, the full development price is due since all work has been completed and approved.
